Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

By requesting services, booking an event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a booking inquiry.

Booking & Retainers

A signed service agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

Dates are not reserved until both the agreement and required payment have been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than the date outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellations

If a client cancels their event, all retainers are non-refundable.

Payments made beyond the initial retainer may be refunded at the discretion of Sous Hospitality depending on the timing of the cancellation and any expenses already incurred.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If your event must be rescheduled, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new date based on availability.

Rescheduled events are not guaranteed and may require a new agreement if the requested date is unavailable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

  • Event location
  • Event date and time
  • Guest count
  • Venue requirements
  • Access to the event space

Failure to provide accurate information may affect our ability to provide services as agreed.

Alcohol Policy

Sous Hospitality complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages required for their event.

Sous Hospitality reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or whose behavior presents a safety concern.

Service Changes

Any changes to services, guest counts, event timing, or locations should be communicated as soon as possible.

Additional fees may apply for significant changes after a booking has been confirmed.

Liability

Sous Hospitality is committed to providing professional service at every event.

However, we are not responsible for:

  • Venue-related issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Guest behavior
  • Delays caused by vendors or third parties
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Sous Hospitality may photograph event setups, beverage displays, and décor for use on our website and social media.

We respect client privacy and will not identify clients by name without permission.
